The domain name is your website name. When you purchase a domain you are renting that domain name as long as you need it. You can own more than one domain. This comes in handy when you like two domains – they can point to the same site. An example is the name of my business. I have the domain www.thewebbusinessbuilder.com and also www.thewebbb.com. I primarily use thewebbb.com because it is easier to use for my email address, easier to type and easier to fit on my business card.
The choice is yours. If you can’t decide between a few domains it’s better to buy them all for the year ($12 per domain per year) in case you change your mind later and it already be taken.
